My Path to the agency and my current role:
I have an extensive clerical and customer service work history. I had the opportunity to join Kesner Insurance after being out of the workforce for some time. It was an easy transition.
What I like about working at Kesner Insurance:
I like the emphasis on customer service.
What I like about being in the insurance business:
I like getting to learn a little about each client that I serve and helping to make their visit a pleasant one.
Family/home life & what I like to do with my free time:
I was born and raised in Lima, Ohio. I am married with two adult children and four grandchildren. I enjoy traveling, cooking, Bible study, Pilates, classic movies and spending time with family and friends.
