My Path to the agency and my current role:
I started my insurance career in 1996 as a personal lines CSR and have been a producer, CSR and account manager for over 27 years. I joined Kesner Insurance in 2021 as a commercial lines agent and account manager.
What I like about working at Kesner Insurance:
I really like that Kesner Insurance is a community-involved, family owned business. I have the opportunity to meet and work with an amazing variety of businesses in the Lima area. I am also the self-appointed Chairperson of the Fun Committee at Kesner Insurance. I sometimes erupt with joyous shouts and laughter. 😊
What I like about being in the insurance business:
I value helping business clients to protect their hard-earned assets. I’m a relationship-oriented person who cares about people first.
Family/home life & what I like to do with my free time:
I enjoy spending time with my family. My four grandchildren address me as “Cray Cray”, because I’m crazy for the Lord and known to pull out one of my eight tambourines at a moment’s notice. I enjoy volunteering in the community and blessing others every chance I get.
